Lords of Karma Series Past Life Regression with Michael Conneely

I would be very glad to offer Past Life regression for you.

I personally have found past life regression work so worthwhile.

I myself have used Past Life Regression to great advantage, to learn about who I was in previous lives, and to see what gifts and what challenges for understanding and healing my past lives bring.

You too can benefit – and I do cross-reference to your astrology for guidance: your Vedic and Western Astrology.

Vedic Astrology is a powerful and accurate statement of your destiny and your incarnational life purpose. It’s peerless. It’s vast.

My Western Astrology is a statement of the psychodynamic issues in your life: your egoic personality and its unfoldment: powerful perception and powerful means for haling and empowerment.

You can select from two Past Life Regressions options: Either:
AUDIO ONLY:
I send you my past life regression journey audio MP3 file, for you to keep permanently for your permanent future reference. And on receipt of it, you listen, you do the journey, and you then report back to me by email how you got on. On receipt of your journey report, and I then cross-refer to your astrology, and email you my response, and then we can discuss this via email.
OR
ZOOM/PHONE-BASED JOURNEY PLUS AUDIO TO KEEP:
I offer you an individual live Past Life Regression Journey to you, through a shamanic drumming journey shared via internet or phone.
For this, we make contact with each other Via Zoom or phone.
When the journey ends, you tell me how you got on, and I then cross refer to your astrology, and we then share and discuss during the recorded zoom session.
You get the audio recording of this joint Zoom session afterwards. And you additionally also receive and keep for your permanent future use, my separate past life regression audio file.
The price for the ‘audio only’ journey is GB £35.00
The price of the Zoom-based Journey is GB £50.00

To Enroll: Email me ( michaelconneely AT gmail.com) to let me know which you wish to enrol for whereupon I send you PayPal payment request.
Please also send to me of your astrological natal data, so that I can erect and share with you your western and Vedic Astrology Charts.
Astrological Natal Data is: Place, date and time of birth. When emailing me your date of birth, always write the month of your birth in words. This is because number-only dates of birth are written in different sequences in different countries.
And please let me know your current location and time zone difference from Ireland/UK
When it is the date and time for the recorded reading, I send you a link using zoom, so this means we will be able to see and hear each other, or alternatively I phone you. Please therefore prepare for the reading by downloading Zoom Web Conferencing software which is available for free download, and I can send you a link to do this if you request.
All my astrology Readings and Courses are geared to Healing. They are never ranted astrological formula. My readings and my courses include expert Vedic Astrology as well as Western psychodynamic and Evolutionary Astrology.

I have five university degrees, including two from Oxford University, and I took part in a five year Ethnography: a social-anthropological field study of spiritual forms new to the modern west living in and studying institutions and communities in the pathways of Hinduism, Buddhism, Paganism, Shamanism and Utopian Community.

Understand the 15th February 2018 Eclipse in your life

Michael Conneely

15th February 2018 Solar Eclipse – The Astrology Around This Eclipse Event

Understand the February 2018 Eclipse. On Thursday 15th February 2018, there is a Solar Eclipse. We each need to understand it. We each need to manage our mind and heal and empower and fulfil the potential that this Eclipse offers.

Any Eclipse has an effect like an Earthquake, shaking the Earth’s crust free of tension that has built up. In our life an Eclipse can mean undamming. If it’s not conjunct a planet in our birth chart (or in a significant house – see below), we’ll only feel the general energy effect.

But of course, an Eclipse will strongly affect us if it’s conjunct or ‘on top of’ one of our planets (or opposite), or if its in one of the Houses in our Astrology Birth Chart that represents an area of our life that is ready for, and needs:  transformation – positive or challenging.

We may realise there’s a dam burst coming, or we can be living a life that hides from that.

The most recent Eclipse was 31st January 2018, and I personally found its effects vast. It was in my first House conjunct Ascendant and Pluto. I feel I came into my power in certain key areas, power and inspiration that had been cut off up to that Eclipse. Pluto is an ‘Unaspected sub-personality’ in my psychodynamic Western Astrology birth chart, in terms of psychosynthesis techniques that I teach on my courses.

This is a Solar Eclipse.  A Solar Eclipse in which the sun is obscured by the moon. So, in some ways Moon qualities and our Moon nature may take pre-eminence over our Sun-nature. The Moon may produce strange but important dreams around the time of a Solar Eclipse. Shock. The wholly unexpected. New insight may be offered. If the Eclipse is strong with you, do note what comes to you. Do protect what you are being called to do. Let the Moon advice your Sun. A project could now arise that will take at least six months (if not a lifetime) to work on. The Sun in your birth chart is your divine charioteer. He is the needed King of your Kingdom. He needs to be strong enough to chart his way forward and do the needed work. But he can’t escape the guidance from your Moon: the destiny tides, the secrets, the past. our Emotions. Why we are here. Unexpected revolution or disruption.

Do not neglect the change a solar eclipse brings. Do not let the new plant whither. Bring your Sun to play. Strategise, take command, alter your life so as to support the new energy flow and impetus! Eclipses were seen at the time of the Epics as portending The Fall of Kings. So, let your solar king take charge in the way the Moon guides. Hard though it is, be prepared to see shock or even catastrophe as gateway for new fuller life. Be prepared to see how an Eclipse that will have a powerful effect on you because of its position in your birth chart, as the arising of your Destiny!

This Eclipse of 15th February 2018, is at 3 deg Aquarius Vedic Sidereal Zodiac. This is 27 deg Western Tropical Zodiac. For the different types of value that Vedic and Western astrology offer you, please see below. Note that you definitely need both for the full depiction and accurate understanding.

The time of the 15th February 2018 Eclipse is at 21.05 hrs here in the west of Ireland. To discover eclipse time in your location, see:

The Nature of an Eclipse: So, remember that Eclipses are like earthquakes. If there are tensions in the earth’s crust, then earthquakes smash apart the tension areas so as to create new stability, so as to destroy present tension. In fact, there are often eclipses, cyclones and tsunamis at the times of eclipses.

  • So, what is upcoming for you, now?
  • What is germinating inside you now?
  • Is your full potential denied to you by others or by you?
  • Is your greatness imprisoned and blocked?

Eclipses are particularly powerful in undamming blocked energy. They crack open imprisoning restraints that our family have placed on our life, and that we perpetuate. If we are living in a wrong situation, or in a way that denies our incarnational life purpose, and if the Eclipse conjucnts one of the planets in our birth chart, or occurs in a Key House, then our life could be demolished – with the chance that we may then build a better or more authentic life. A great enemy is our fear and denial in not admitting that our life is all wrong for us, in not admitting that our definition of ourself is all wrong for us, in not allowing in that special spark that we in fact incarnated this time in order to create and become.
Lunar Eclipses tend to have immediate effects; Solar Eclipses like this one will have a delayed effect.
This 15th February 2018 Eclipse is mainly visible in South America and other Southern Hemisphere areas, but its effects will be important worldwide – to all of us, especially if it’s on one or more of our planets, especially if its in key house in our chart.

The Vedic Astrology Effects of this 15th February 2018 Eclipse:

I am going to first of all describe the effects of this eclipse through the lens of Vedic Astrology. Vedic Astrology must use the Vedic Sidereal Zodiac, and is orientated to the depiction of our incarnational life purpose and our destiny:

You can see from my 2018 Astrology Charts web page on my Starwheel Astrology Website, that the Vedic chart for the eclipse has Sun and Moon at 3 deg Aquarius, with Mercury desperately closely caught up in the eclipse at 1 deg Aquarius, and Venus at 12 Aquarius. And note that Ketu/South Node of this eclipse is at 20 deg Vedic Capricorn. So very many people will feel mental tension at times before, during and after the eclipse, and everyone will feel to varying degrees the energies that come from this Eclipse being in the sign of Aquarius (see below) and that Mercury and Venus and Ketu/South Node are closely involved in the Heavens.

Mercury Issues: So, to the extent that Eclipse energies affect everyone, we will all need to be careful of Mercury issues: just before, during and just after this eclipse: Communication, managing our mind, posts and Information Technology.

Venus Issues: Venus is pretty close to the eclipse too, so matters of love and art and beauty could receive tension or even strong jolt, in the case of many people – or even earthquake.

Moving from the General to the individual: Which House in your birth chart does the Eclipse occupy?:

We have mentioned the general energy facets of this Eclipses that all will feel to differing degrees. We must now go on to identify Eclipse effects that will be individual to you.

Most importantly you need to identify the House the Eclipse falls in in your birth chart, and then the affairs and Life Areas of the House in which the eclipse falls. This is so as to be able to determine in what area of your life the eclipse energies will manifest, and so that you can work to positively transform or conversely even destroy areas of your life that the Eclipse may highlight for improvement and development – or destruction.

So, for example, if Aquarius where this Eclipse falls, is your first House in your Vedic birth chart, there will be quite an energy burst there. There will be challenging effects and consequences if you are ‘off course’ in your life. There will be positive effects if you are ‘on course’ for your life-purpose and destiny, and if you are on course as regards the special spark of achievement you incarnated to manifest this time. There was an eclipse in August 2017 in Donald Trump’s first House, between his Ascendant and Mars, and he became President.

You also need to realise that the eclipse will have a strong effect on the House opposite, and so please make sure that you understand what are the affairs of that house too. So, if the Eclipse is in your first house, the house opposite is the 7th – the House of marriage.

And so, to take another House-related example, if Aquarius is your 8th House, you could experience inheritance or psychic opening etc. The whole chart would obviously need to be examined to define exactly what would be affected. Within the 8th House are dangerous areas identified by the Divisional Charts (Varga Charts of Vedic Astrology (22nd Drekkana or 64th Navamsha): enrol on my Varga Course or get a Reading).

And note that the planet that is the ruler of the House where the Eclipse falls in your chart is also affected, plus the Houses that that planet occupies and plus the Houses that that planets rules. And also note that Planets occupying the Opposite House will be affected.

Your Natal Planets are affected that the Eclipse Conjuncts or Opposes:

So, even more importantly than the ‘House effect’ described above, is the effect on a planet that is caught in the eclipse area – if, indeed you have such. So, if you have a planet at 3 deg Vedic Aquarius (+/- 3 deg), where this Eclipse is,  then that planet will be very strongly affected by the earthquake Eclipse energies. The closer the planet is to the eclipse Sun/Moon, the more it will be affected.

And if you have a planet that is opposite the eclipse, it too will be affected. So, for this eclipse, watch out for earthquake, if you have planets around 3 deg Vedic Leo which is opposite the Eclipse.

Will you feel Positive or Negative Effects?

The effect will feel negative if your life is ‘off course’, i.e. if there are facets of your that you need to let go of, if you are living a lie for your true destiny, if you have potential that is imprisoned, blocked or denied, etc, etc. If you are living in complete denial, and if the Eclipse closely falls on your planets, then the Earthquake will be horrendous – but could possibly all end up for the good, your eyes will be opened, You could create a better life.

But note that if your life is ‘on-course’ for your authenticity and your spiritual purpose/spiritual path, then the eclipse energies are experienced in a way that is favourable, empowering and enabling.

Vedic Astrology Special Footnote: Note that exceptionally, many planets cast aspects on the position of this particular eclipse. There’s an exceptional situation here, a most powerful special energy mix: Jupiter casts a 5th House aspect from Vedic Libra, Mars casts a 4th House aspect from Vedic Scorpio and Saturn casts a third House aspect from Sagittarius. So these planets too are, exceptionally, also affecting the planets caught up in this Eclipse: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Ketu/South Node.

The Western Astrology Effects of this Eclipse:

I am now going to add to the above, a mention of the effects of this eclipse as depicted by our Western Astrology using the Tropical Zodiac.

Note that Western astrology, using the Tropical Zodiac (which is about 24 deg different from the Vedic Sidereal Zodiac – using Lahiri Ayanamsha) is a psychological depiction. So, this means that all the planetary meanings and energies are actually given a depiction in terms of our psychology, by western astrology.

Note that the fact is that Western Astrology depicts even our karmic/evolutionary astrology in terms of psychological effects of karmas. This is of course extremely needed and valuable, but you do absolutely need to consider the Vedic destiny and incarnational life purpose depiction as well – absolutely so! Do, obviously you consider the effects in your life and in everyone’s life and consciousness of Mercury and Venus and Ketu being caught up in this eclipse, and the fact that this Eclipse is in Aquarius, as described for Vedic Astrology above.

Your Natal House that is affected in your Western Astrology Birth Chart: But beyond the general mass effect of this eclipse, you need to consider the effects on the ‘affairs’ or the ‘Area of Life’,  that are depicted by the House that the Eclipse falls in in your western astrology birth chart. The note that the Eclipse may well fall in a different House in your Western Birth Chart as compared to your Vedic Birth Chart. So, this Eclipse is in my Vedic 8th House (i.e. more destiny orientated) but it is in my Western 7th House (i.e. more psychologically experienced).

Planets Conjunct or Opposite the Eclipse: And, of course, most importantly, look at the effects of this eclipse on your natal planets in your western birth chart, that are +/- three degrees from the Eclipse Sun/Moon at 27 deg in the Western Tropical Zodiac. It’s powerdully significant if the Eclipse falls on one of yoru chart angles. Take into account conjunction, opposition and square aspects cast by the Eclipse AND ITS NODES to your natal planets.

This Eclipse is in Western Aquarius – This is BIG. BIG! Note that Western Aquarius has an energy that gives a person a psychology that is humanitarian, but detached, utopian but eccentric, inspirational if dotty. All these psychological facets will affect the way you will experience this eclipse, so it is good to be aware of this particular Eclipse’s psychology! Aquarius is rebellious and separative as well a inspired.

What happened last time? This needs to be considered carefully! The last time Eclipses occurred in this area of the heavens, and therefore in this are of your birth chart, and therefore in your consciousness and in your life, was in January/February 1999. It may well be useful to go back and remember the themes and shifts that were happening then. Particularly, because of Aquarius’ independent nature, note if you were separating from certain individual and groups then, maybe in order to free yourself, maybe in order to achieve fuller freer life. Take into account here spiritual pathways, groups, individuals.
Look for what’s really significant.

What Shifts are Happening in your life Now? And please do absolutely check out in your life’s significant shift occurrences, NOW. Evaluate them. Support them if you asses them to benefit you. Strategies. Maintain balance. Be caring. Be inspired. Be revolutionary.

And thing may not yet be fully unveiled: Be prepared to acknowledge that the needed NEW may well possibly now still be wholly or partly beyond what you can imagine.

You may need to wait: You may have to wait for the needed NEW to unfold, either wholly or in part.

Astrology & Healing Magazine January 2018

Michael Conneely

Here is the NEW MONTHLY Astrology and Healing Magazine.

This Magazine is brought to you by Maggie Pashley and Michael Conneely, from their Healing Centre of the Atlantic Coast of Sligo in the West of Ireland.

A new issue of this Astrology and Healing Magazine will be brought out on the first weekend of every month.

Its aim is to present a depiction from Maggie’s vast range of Healing Techniques, offered both in our Centre – and Worldwide using technologies such as Skype and Zoom

And also the whole thrust of Michael’s Astrology: expert Vedic and Western Astrology for each month. Never be formulaic: but a gateway to our Healing and Empowerment. A key to understanding and working with our karmic scripts. Orientated to our achieving that special spark which our soul chose for us to seek to learn to manifest this time.

First of all: Healing:

Hypnotherapy from Maggie Pashley – the easy way to keep to your New Year’s goals or to make desired changes to your life in 2018

The turn of the year invites many people to choose something different, something healthier, wiser, more abundant, more ease-filled and yet by mid-January most ‘resolutions’ have already fallen by the wayside.

There can be different reasons for that. Maybe they weren’t really our goals in the first place – just what we thought we should be expected to want or to try and please somebody else.

Maybe we weren’t motivated enough to make the change and we fell back to the more familiar patterns of our life. Maybe we have a pattern of self-sabotage so that we can’t allow ourselves to succeed or go beyond what we have been or believe we can have and be. Or maybe we just ran out of steam because relying on will power alone is exhausting and hard.

The good news is that hypnotherapy can make making those desired changes easy or at least much easier.

As a hypnotherapist of many years I’ve helped people do lots of things more easily than they thought possible. I’ve helped people give up smoking, pass driving tests, pass driving instructor tests (yes they get to be on the other side too), have healthier eating habits, find exercise enjoyable, have better sex, win a boxing competition, take the stress out of IVF, give birth more easily, release phobias of flying, spiders, going out and more unusual fears, stop being haunted by trauma, learn better at school and a whole host of other things. A real mixed bag and I’ve met some delightful, courageous and willing clients who knew there should be more to life and were open enough to give hypnotherapy a go.

Hypnotherapy is effective as it harnesses the power of our own unconscious mind. Our unconscious is amazing. It runs all the different systems of our body, keeps us safe, helps us learn from life’s experiences, drive our car without thinking through every manoeuvre and on and on. All those things that we do habitually are guided by our unconscious, so it makes sense that when we want to change a habit then communicating with the unconscious is essential. And when we engage with our unconscious to make those changes, they seem natural, easy and even enjoyable.

My job as a hypnotherapist is to engage with my client’s unconscious mind, to use compelling, sensory language to create new desired experiences and to allow my client’s unconscious guide them there as elegantly as possible.

It is reminding my clients of all their resources, skills and natural abilities that they can bring to bear on the present problem. It is uncovering unconscious blocks – behaviours which may have a positive intent in some way but which actually limit choice and the ability to succeed.

It is dissolving old traumas so that the past doesn’t haunt and contaminate the present.

I love doing hypnotherapy as during a session I have to go into a mild trance state myself which is highly enjoyable. Most of my clients find their sessions surprisingly pleasurable. They go away with more confidence, insights and clarity, less pain, feeling more relaxed in their body and it is wonderful for me to see the change as they walk out my door, or we end the on-line session. And if you have ever wondered who is in charge in a session, it is YOU. You will only do what feels right for you and won’t do anything that goes against your values and what is important to you. At the same time your mind can become more open to recognising far more choices than it thought were available.

Here is the Part 1 video for January 2018 Astrology:

Here is the Part 2 video for January 2018 Astrology:

We start our journey to perceive and work with the energies of January 2018 with the Transit of Uranus:

1. Uranus

For some people, Uranus will be the star performer in January 2018.
After a long Retrograde, Uranus is on station at the start of the month. This is at 0 degrees Vedic Aries, using the Sidereal Zodiac and at 24 Western Aries using the Tropical Zodiac. He turns Direct on January 3rd.
Uranus is a God of Change. He is a Lord of Karma. If you have a planet in this area or opposite it – especially if that planet’s your Sun or Moon (or both!!!), this means driven revolution: the chance to manifest your own very special spark.
Or for youngsters around age 21, they will be having their revolutionary ‘Uranus Square: Transiting Uranus is square to their natal Uranus, and there could be a big move of house or career. And of course, there’s the Uranus Opposition and other Square to watch out for too in your predictive astrology!
But remember, Uranus’ energy is driven and inhuman, so you have to be careful of how you treat yourself and others.
Uranus is inspiration, and the inspiration can be sudden like lightning strike, or intermittent like beams of sunlight filtering through the branches of the trees.
Be careful not to stay in your own very special Saturn blocked scripts, tramlines or alternatively prison – and so be careful not to fail to express the inspiration Uranus is favouring you with. If you don’t express it, your life will be left incomplete and bereft.
Uranus to Moon brings up Mother issues and move of house.
Note that the last time a Uranus’ transit into Aries occurred in the past meant the Burning of the Reichstag, the rise of Adolph Hitler, and the Second World War.

2. Saturn

So, 2018 starts with Saturn, maybe Chief Lord of our Karma, at 7 deg Vedic Sagittarius (1 deg Western Capricorn). Saturn reaches 17 deg Vedic Sagittarius by end 2018 and Saturn transits through Jupiter’s sign of Sagittarius until mid-2022.
Saturn is contractive. Sagittarius is expansive, so all the while we will be encouraged (or pressurised) to find working balance between expansion and contraction, and get the containers and structures right in our consciousness and in all the areas of our life, especially the area of our life defined by the House that Sagittarius is in our Vedic birth chart.
Saturn’s energy demands of us patience and hard work and fulfilling our karmic responsibilities. His reward is either grim reaping or golden reaping, depending on how we fulfill his demands. Negatively, he’s cementing ourselves into our blocks, limitations and blinkers – not to mention our fears!
Saturn entered Vedic Sagittarius on 26th October 2017, passing through the immaterial, uncertain, confidence-lacking but potentially inspirational Gandanta Zone that is at 4 deg either side of the junction of the transition points from Vedic Water Signs to Vedic Fires Signs, also entering therefore the 19th Nakshatra: Mula. Mula is ruled over by the Dark Goddess, Niritti.
And The energies of Saturn and Niritti couldn’t be much more different!
And so the dance of the Dark Goddess demands that we smash Saturn blocks that we should no longer cling it.
Whereas, at the same time Saturn is still demanding of you that you obey his hard laws.
What a difficult conflicting demand.
But Vedic astrology is Tantric. It is all about the achievement of enlightened perception by the reconciliation of apparent opposites.
So, if we can get it together and have the needed authenticity and courage, Saturn’s entry into Mula is a time where we can ride two very different horses at once: diligence and structure, coupled with inspirational Death and rebirth!

Saturn and Venus: Also Note that Saturn and Venus are both together briefly in Sagittarius at this time, and so this can be good financial/property/inheritance news for Vedic Cancer Ascendant people, whose 4th and 11th Houses are ruled by Venus, and whose 7th and 8th Houses are ruled by Saturn.

Ashtama Shani: Saturn is transiting Vedic Sagittarius in the year ahead. If Vedic Sagittarius
is the 8th from the House occupied by the Moon in your birth chart, this will be Ashtama Shani: Saturn transits 8th House from Moon, and you really do need to know what this means and how to handle it! Get a Reading. You need to hear how to handle Saturn’s transit of your 22nd Drekkana at this time.

Sade Sate: As I said, Saturn is transiting Vedic Sagittarius in the year ahead.
If your Moon is in Vedic Sagittarius in your Vedic Birth Chart, well, you are in the middle of Sade Sate and you really do need to know what that means and how to handle it, and it is such a good idea to get a timetable of your Sade Sate energies from me to see: when are the really difficult times? when are the phases of ‘fool’s paradise times’? what does Sade Sate mean for you individually and particularly in your life? It’s a time of separations and despondence and being cut off from God’s grace with the divine purpose of thus being made to see yourself as you really are, and do something about that.
If your Moon in your birth chart is in Vedic Scorpio, then you are now entering the final two and a half years of Sade Sate. Learn how to handle that.
If your Moon in your birth chart is in Vedic Capricorn, then you are starting the seven and a half years Sade Sate, and you would do very well indeed to get a reading of guidance about that!!!

Saturn Return: And note that if you are around age 28 or 59, you will be having your SATURN Return, and I can give you great guidance about that that means.

Planets in Vedic Gemini? N.B. With Saturn transiting in Vedic Sagittarius all 2018, it’s going to be a hard, tough year for those people with Sun or Moon, and other planets, in Vedic Gemini in their birth chart. The Nakshatras affected by this are Mrigashira, Ardra and Punarvasu.

3. The Nodes of the Moon: Rahu/North Node and Ketu/South Node:

Rahu entered Vedic Cancer at the time of the violent August 2017 Eclipses, and in so doing Rahu went then went through another of the three Gandanta Zones: Leo to Cancer (Rahu’s motion is always retrograde).
This was at around the same time as Saturn (above) went through the Scorpio to Sagittarius Gandanta zone, thus increasing the feeling of insecurity and almost ‘drowning.
And as described above, this is at the same time as Uranus is transiting in the Pisces-Aries Gandanta Zone, so this can make us feel weak and insecure if we have planets in these three Gandanta Zones, and yet we can hopefully find great Meaning and Inspiration at this weird time, if we know how to look for it and identify it.
And just to add to the intense Gandanta energy activation, Mercury is transiting through the Vedic Scorpio-Sagittarius Gandanta zone from 1st – 9th January to (crossing into Vedic Sagittarius on 7th January).

Rahu’s energy is driven, and even more so if Cancer is your 1st House! And Rahu can be surrounded with the smoke of delusion. We need his energy to push forward to realize our incarnational goals in this lifetime, but we must not fall into the abyssal traps he opens up.
So, if Cancer is your first house, you will be driven feverishly to express yourself, whereas Ketu, always opposite Rahu, might spiritualize your 7th house of relationship, or even blow it open.
And if, for example, Rahu is transiting over your Sun at this time, you will be driven to express yourself more powerfully and successfully in all areas.
Because Rahu is transiting in the sign of Cancer, we will have quite a driven desire for emotional security in 2018, and we need to honour this.
And beware that Ketu transiting through Capricorn could impair your commitment to your material security. Beware Pollyanna or Drain.
And here’s another example: if Capricorn is your 4th House, transit there could make your home more spiritual, but you would need to be aware of the Ketu’s risk of lack of confidence about your roots of life.
The Nodes remain in the Vedic Cancer / Capricorn axis until 7th March 2019. Then, the Node change sign to the Gemini – Sagittarius axis, transiting there for about eighteen months, and following this change in the nodal axis, it has meant in the past that a booming economy gets replaced by an economic collapse.

Planets Square the Nodal Axis: Note that both Jupiter and Mars are square the Nodal Axis at this time. This means that any child born around this time will have the energy qualities and scripts of those two planets as Karmic missed steps: qualities they did not get right last life-time: qualities with a special demand to get right this lifetime.

Kal Sarpa Yoga: Talking of the Nodes of the Moon, do note that the Kal Sarpa Yoga is in force in January 2018. Realistically, the Kal Sarpa Yoga energy should be said to be extant in the Heavens until 15th February.
Kal Sarpa Yoga is when all the Vedic planets are to one side of the chart between Rahu/North node and Ketu/South Node.
This can create divisiveness and perpetual phases of insecurity and fluctuation. This is partly because for half of each month the Moon is within the other planets, and for the other part of each month the Moon is out in the untenanted half of the chart, meaning that the Moon is alone and unsupported in the Heavens, giving rise to obsessions, fears, doubts etc.
It creates a very big spiritual and consciousness and also relationships challenge in the chart of a child to be born at the time of Kal Sarpa Yoga.
12th January: Saturn is conjunct Mercury

4. Jupiter:

Jupiter has been transiting through Vedic Libra from 12.9.2017, bringing his enlargement, purpose and blessing to the area of life represented by libra in your Vedic birth chart, so for example if libra is your 4th House, you could have a beneficial move of home and or do loads of home beauty and improvements.
Jupiter in Libra bring general growth in relationships and creativity.
Jupiter is opposition Uranus: And note that Jupiter is still opposition Uranus in Vedic Aries, so for Aries and Libra people, this can mean sudden expansion. Uranus is Retrograde at the start of 2018, but soon goes direct, so watch out for, be open to Inspiration and Revolution, and sudden forward impetus to burst out of your prison walls, tear up your tramlines, and move forward in the realization of that special talent your soul chose for you to work to manifest and express yourself in this lifetime!
January 15th : Jupiter sextile Pluto.
Jupiter moves from Vedic Libra to Vedic Scorpio on October 11th, 2018. There is therefore a transition in Jupiter’s manifestation from the idealism and beauty of Libra to the hurt secretiveness and aggression of Scorpio.

5. Mars:

Mars is transiting Vedic Libra in the first half of January 2018, so if you have say Sun or Ascendant there, be on the lookout for sudden incidents or bursts of aggression! Or enforced manic overwork, or even lack of confidence if you don’t easily handle Mars energies.
6th Jan: Mars is conjunct Jupiter. These two become conjunct in Vishakha Nakshatra, whose symbol is the triumphal arch. Vishakha is ruled by Jupiter and its power animal is the male tiger, so this could be a good hinge time of success and power for those with planets in Vishakha.

However, Mars enters Vedic Scorpio on January 16th, and Scorpio is one of the two signs he rules.
So, this means that Mars will be strong, but watch out for his energy being caught up in tortured undercurrents or secret or obscured agendas. Seek clarity. Seek to define strategy. Don’t be precipitate.
Note that Mars will be in 6/8 aspect to Uranus in Aries while he is in Scorpio, so this is violent irritable energy in your consciousness and life, and at the geopolitical level could mean terrorist attacks and earthquakes.
How exactly the transit of Mars through Vedic Scorpio will affect you will depend on what House Scorpio is when counted both from your natal Lagna (Ascendant) and Moon Sign

Looking ahead, Mars enters Vedic Sagittarius on 7.3.18
Note that Mars and Saturn are conjunct in the Heavens from March 7th to May 2nd. This is not a good combination as these two pit themselves against each other and fight each other: energy of assertion fights against blocks and sensible structures! Anger and frustration!
And note that Mars energy becomes more and more problematic and vicious as 2018 unfolds with eclipses, conjunction to Ketu and Mars energies on hold during a Retrograde!

6. Venus:

Venus is transiting in Vedic Sagittarius conjunct the Sun, and so this is not good for love because the Sun combusts Venus, meaning that scorched egoic force burns gentle sweetness of loving Venus.

But Venus transits past the Sun from January 9th thus steadily improving her position freeing herself from the burning Combust.

From January 9th, Venus conjucnts the Sun in the heavens. She thus achieves Superior Conjunction and from now on until moves ahead of the Sun, beginning to be seen in the western sky as Evening Star. This journey of Venus was given especial reverence in ancient Sumeria, expressed as Inanna’s descent into the underworld: she was stripped naked and made to face her grief, then to re-arise.
So, around 9th January: do look for Renewal in Venusian matters of relationships and beauty.

Venus transits away from Vedic Sagittarius into Vedic Capricorn on January 14th.
Venus will pass by Ketu on January 30th around the time of the January 31st eclipse, Venus transiting here conjucnt Ketu south node exactly on January 29th which will mean difficult challenge for love scripts for those who have planets that are affected by this Conjunction.
However, Venus then heads further away from the Sun, to become more free during February.

7. Mercury:

Mercury starts the month in Vedic Scorpio, and is transiting through the Vedic Scorpio-Sagittarius Gandanta zone from 1st – 9th January.
He crosses into Vedic Sagittarius on 7th January, where his energies are slowed then blocked by his conjuncting Saturn.
Mercury and Saturn are exactly conjunct in the Heavens on 12th January.
Mercury transits Sagittarius in company with Venus and Sun as well as Saturn, so: depending on what House Sagittarius is in your Vedic birth chart, this could possibly be a good time for writing.
Mercury then enters Vedic Capricorn on January 27th.

8. Sun:

Sun enters Vedic Capricorn on January 14th. sun is the King of our Kingdom. We need a strong Sun. Saturn is blocks and pessimism and had lessons. During Sun’s transit through Vedic Capricorn and Aquarius, these two opposite energies combine for us to learn our sobering and important lessons.

9. Lunations:

Full Moon January 2nd: It’s in Ardra Nakshatra, ruled by fierce demonic Rahu in Vedic Gemini, so given the stormy nature of Ardra, this Full Moon could be experienced as wipe-out and stormy! Ardra is ruled by Rudra the Storm God, whose name means He who cries. He was the son of Shiva: independent and me first; scowling. Wait for calm then gather the pieces together!!!! Beware the possibility of vicious driven tunnel-visioned assertion that is in Ardra. So, for example if your ascendant or Moon is Vedic Cancer, this transit could be good for things to do with children and it will be good for creative work.

New Moon in Capricorn January 17th at 03.17 hrs. This is in UttaraAshadha Nakshatra. Sun, Moon and Venus are all closely conjunct. Ketu South Node is also in Capricorn, and Mercury enters Capricorn on January 27th.

The Full Moon Eclipse on 31st January 2018.

It looks ghastly!

This Eclipse occurs at 11 deg western Leo or 16 Vedic Cancer. It’s right on top of my natal Pluto!!!!!!!!!!!

Moon is in Ashlesha Nakshatra
Sun is in Sravana Nakshatra
Ascendant is in Ardra Nakshatra
Venus is conjunct Ketu! Planets transiting across the Nodes are forced to let go of something significant it terms of how we handle that planet in our life.

Note very importantly that there is another Eclipse in Ashlesha on 11th August 2018, also in Vedic Cancer (16 deg Western Leo).

Ashlesha is difficult Serpent energy: fears, phobias, obsessions and compulsions: hurt energies, but with potential for shamanic ‘death and rebirth’.

There’s a great need to clear the decks and plan to sustain a calm environment at the time of this Eclipse.
Ashlesha’s shakti is the healing potential that is in poison. Avoid anything toxic at this time. Perceive the toxin in you unconscious. Heal and empower on the basis of that perception.
N.B. To see the Vedic and Western charts for this Eclipse, go to the Blog version of this newsletter.

Because the eclipsed Moon is so close to Rahu transiting through Cancer, this will be a difficult time for maintain stability of mind. Be careful around the end of January and the beginning of February.

And note that Uranus is square Pluto in the heavens at the same time! URANUS/PLUTO: Revolution. The collapse of the old order. The process of transformation.
Psychologically, its restlessness. Activity. Creative energy. Flight from the establishment. Innovation, reform. A strong awareness of purpose and objective. Mobility. Creative power. Untiring effort. Endurance. daring and foolhardiness. Striving for new things. Extraordinary powers of creation and
performance.
Negatively, it’s impatience. Scatter of energies. Fanaticism. Violence. Precipitate action. The mania of destruction
Biologically, it’s changes in rhythm of biological processes. The relationship between pulse and
breathing. Fever spots.
Sociologically, the Uranus-Pluto energy enhances: pioneers, reformers. People who are very much out of the ordinary or who are endowed with universal genius.
URANUS-PLUTO PROBABLE MANIFESTATIONS:
+ the attainment of great objectives by immense application of effort. Bringing new things into
being. The creation of new conditions of living
– Acts of violence. Subversive activities. Putting a gun to someone’s head. The enforcement of
decisions. An accident.

2. You get individual caring tuition
3. You can study Western Astrology prediction OR Vedic Astrology Prediction, OR you can combine both
4. It’s learned.
5. You learn by focussing authentically on two charts: yours and mine – and that way the discussion is genuine.

See: www.advancedvedicastrologycourse.com/advanced-vedic-prediction

And Very Special Note: If you are wanting to Rectify your Time of Birth, you can do no better than do it through my Astrology Prediction Course.

WHY IS IT SO GOOD TO LEARN THE SKILL OF ASTROLOGY PREDICTION?

It is such helpful perception and understanding of your life ahead to have good understanding of the energies that will be entering your consciousness and your life in the year ahead.

Pt. 2 Video: Prediction Case Examples drawn from my Have an Astrology Prediction Year Ahead Video:

Let’s look at some practical examples:

1. Take the example of Rahu North Node transits the Moon in your birth chart in your year ahead: You Have Rahu in the heavens transiting towards your natal Moon. You see that Rahu will hit exact in June ahead. Well, that warns you to expect more obsessing or mental turbulence, etc. it wards you that you might have to handle weird dreams. It tells you that the turbulence will be worst in the applying phase but will then reduce after the exact hit. It warns you that if your Moon is unsupported in your birth chart, then the mental hurt and over-thinking will be worse. AND there’s also the more positive gift that (depending on other indications in your chart) this might be a good time to do shamanic journeying or healing, this might be a good time to engage in intuitive healing, etc,

2. Take the example of: you are in Jupiter Predictive Period or Dasha in Vedic Predictive Astrology, now: well that could be wonderfully expansive and give you needed purpose in everything you do. But you need to hear if your natal Jupiter is in the 6th House in your Vedic Birth Chart (Rashi Chart), in which case one of the things you need to be aware of is that you could attract enemies, so you need to think out really carefully of doing anything that may attract enemies, and then consider all the difficult issues of how you handle enemies in your life if you have attracted them! And is your Sun strong enough to handle a vast Jupiter expansion and direct and manage and contain such in your life now?

3. Let’s say Uranus is going to transit conjunct your Sun in the year ahead: well, be open to wonderful Revolution. Be open to inspiration – and this may come in ways you don’t expect, but take care not to be totally driven and hurt others.
And if you are around age 21/22 or 42, 64 or 84-year-old, then you will be experiencing your Uranus square or Opposition or return, and I can so help you be open to the best in that!

4. Individuation Age Pont and Nodal Age Point: And note that age 42 is the 8th House low point. And I use the wonderful Age Points: the Individuation Age Point of Psychodynamic Western Astrology, and the Nodal Age Point of Evolutionary western astrology, and when your 8th House low point is predictively activated, you will really benefit from a Reading to understand this huge time of life-change.

5. Saturn is transiting Vedic Sagittarius in the year ahead: this is Vedic Sagittarius using the Vedic Sidereal Zodiac. What will this mean? Well you have to look at what House Sagittarius is in your Vedic birth chart.
If that house is the 8th from the House occupied by the Moon in your birth chart, this will be Ashtama Shani: Saturn transits 8th House from Moon, and you really do need to know what this means and how to handle it!
And, another example:
if your Moon is in Vedic Sagittarius in your Vedic Birth Chart, well, you are in the middle of Sade Sate and you really do need to know what that means and how to handle it, and it is such a good idea to get a timetable of your Sade Sate energies from me to see: when are the really difficult times? when are the phases of ‘fool’s paradise times’? what does Sade Sate mean for you individually and particularly in your life? It’s a time of separations and despondence and being cut off from God’s grace with the divine purpose of thus being made to see yourself as you really are, and do something about that.
If your Moon in your birth chart is in Vedic Scorpio, then you are now entering the final two and a half years of Sade Sate. Learn how to handle that.
If your Moon in your birth chart is in Vedic Capricorn, then you are starting the seven and a half years Sade Sate, and you would do very well indeed to get a reading of guidance about that!!!
And note that if you are around age 28 or 59, you will be having your SATURN Return, and I can give you great guidance about that that means.

6. Jupiter is in Vedic Libra for your year ahead: well, you need to hear what sign this is in your Vedic birth chart. If its your first house, consciously cooperate with the energy of Jupiter by making strategy fro your expansive projection in the world.

7. Another example: Neptune is opposite your natal Venus: well make space to bring in the ideal love into your life, that your soul will be sensing and yearning for, bet beware Neptune has his dangerous side: the issue of money in your life could be dissolved.

8. Chiron: transits of Chiron bring up healing issues. Chiron takes fifty years to orbit the Sun, so if you are in late forties / early fifties, talk to me, get a reading from me to understand the healing of Chiron in your birth chart: the healing of your existential wound in the healing of which you can become the Healer of others. Your Chiron Return: the time when Chiron returns to his natal position and thus transits conjunct your natal Chiron is big. Chirosis!

3. What Predictive Techniques do we Learn?

Transits:
This is when a planet in the heavens aspects a planet in our birth chart now, or is transiting through a House in our birth chart now. We study the nature of the Transiting planet, and we study the nature of the natal planet or House that is affected by the Transit.

Progressions:
We study Secondary and Tertiary Progressions are in Western Astrology:

Secondary Progressions:
Day for a Year Progressions are a very reliable and robust indicator of what is going to happen in our life. These are also called Secondary Progressions. They are based on the principle that the chart for when we are one year old says crucial things about what will happen when we are in the year that starts when we are one year old. And of course, the chart of our second birthday predicts year two in our life, and so on. We note especially the position of the Progressed Moon, and what it aspects in our birth chart in terms of natal planets and House. And we note the effect of progressed Ascendant and chart angles, and progressed planets. This system works because of the fixed mathematical ratio between the Earth’s rotational period of a day and the Earth’s rotational period of a Year.

Tertiary Progressions:
These are similar to secondary progressions, but based on the principle of a day in the life corresponding predictively to a month in the life. These are powerful fine-tuning declarations, and are used in the astrology of death for example.

Predictive Periods: The Dasas of Vedic Astrology:
These are supreme and powerful predictors. They are unique to Vedic Astrology. From the moment we are born, a series of Predictive Periods starts to unfold, each period with a ruling planet, and there are sub periods within each predictive period, and each of the sub periods has a ruling planet, and there are sub-sub-periods within each sub-period. We learn how to assess what will happen when the ruling planet of each period/sub-period is activated, in terms of the standing of that ruling planet within our Vedic birth chart and also what the ruling planet is an indication of: The Karakas and Chara Karakas of Vedic Astrology.

Returns:
Your Solar Return chart is also a good indicator for your Year Ahead. This is the chart for the exact moment the sun returns to the position it occupied at the moment of your birth. It’s usually on the date of your birthday each year. The Solar Return Cart in Vedic Astrology is called the Varshaphal Chart, and is such a robust indicator of themes that will happen in your year ahead.

Predictive Age Points:

I teach two wonderful Predictive Age Points within psychodynamic Western Astrology, using Megastar software, and I supply the chart of these two age points in respect of each of us. There is an Individuation Age Point which circumnavigates the chart in 72 years, starting from the ascendant and moving counter-clockwise. It is an indicator of the energies we will pass through in our journey to potential individuation, in our egoic psychological unfoldment, learning about all the parts of our egoic psychological identity, and learning how to manage them and fulfill their highest potential. This Individuation Age Point moves counter-clockwise from the Ascendant passing through the houses and signs as it progresses. This Individuation Age Point does not only pass through the signs and houses in your natal chart, it also forms aspects to the planets in your natal chart as it progresses, thus activating experiences in your life relating to your scripts for the energies of that planet.
There is also a ‘Nodal Age Point’ which charts the call from your soul to you from the astral. The Nodal Age Point charts your soul’s call to you through dreams, subliminality, synchronicity, intuitions, impulses and visions. The nodal Age Point starts from the position of the North Node of the Moon at the moment you were born. It circumnavigates the rim of your chart clockwise, thus passing at predictable dates through your signs, houses and in aspect to your planets. Fascinatingly the Nodal Age Point so often declares a similar strand to your Vedic Predictive astrology.
The Individual Age Point is shown by the black cross in a circle on the rim of your natal chart
The Nodal Age Point is shown by the red cross in a circle on the rim of your birth chart.
The Age Point declaration is sophisticated in that it includes advance techniques such as ‘House Intensity Curve’ etc.

4. Western and Vedic Astrology:

My Prediction Course is unique and very special in that it offers the option to combine predictive techniques of both Western astrology and Vedic Astrology.

You don’t have to study both western Prediction and Vedic prediction, by the way, though many people love to. Others prefer to study just one option.

Modern Western Astrology is largely a psychodynamic and evolutionary framework, geared to our study of our ‘egoic self’, our psychological self, and how we experience things psychologically. And we use the Tropical Zodiac to study Western Astrology, which is based on the position of the Sun on the first day of Spring: The Vernal Equinox.

Vedic Astrology is largely Destiny and Life Purpose orientated, and our psychological self is but a part of our destiny, and not fully ‘real’ at that. Vedic Astrology must use the Sidereal Zodiac and Lahiri Ayanamsha for accuracy. The Sidereal Zodiac is anchored to the ‘Fixed Stars’: Spica in Chitra at 0 degrees Sidereal Libra. Due to precession of the Equinoxes, the Western Tropical Zodiac drifts in relation to the Sidereal Zodiac by a degree every 72 years. Currently the Western Tropical Zodiac is approx. 24 degrees apart from the Vedic Sidereal Zodiac.

The Nakshatras: And note that Vedic Predictive Astrology also gains vast declarative extra dimension from use of the Lunar Zodiac of Vedic Astrology: the 27 Lunar Signs: The Nakshatras, which supremely declare our emotional self, our consciousness arising therefore, and our path to growth to better managing and aligning our emotional self to our higher and more spiritual connection and our openness to God.

5. Which Planets Do We Study on This Course?

The thirteen Planets of both Vedic and Western astrology that are encompassed by this course, are as follows:

Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Chiron the Wounded Healer, Ketu South Node and Rahu North Node.

6. The Focus of this Prediction Course:

As with all my Astrology Courses, each topic is studied in relation to two charts: yours and mine. The aim here is to keep the discussion real, grounded, authentic and caring, and to avoid ungrounded formula.

Natal and Predcition Charts: You therefore receive from me at the start of this course two sets of natal charts: yours and mine.
These charts will be in both Western and Natal Astrology and are drawn from four astrology software programs. In Western Astrology these programs are Astrocalc and Megastar. In Vedic Astrology, these are Shri Jyoti Star and Kala.

Other Charts: I am really glad to send you charts for family members in Western and Vedic natal and Predictive Astrology. I can’t undertake to discuss these with you within the framework of the Course, but I do find that giving students the opportunity to also take family members’ predictive astrology on board is a great and wonderful extension to their predictive astrology learning. If you want these, please let me know.

7. Predictive Reports – 2 yr. Period:

For your background consideration, you also receive from me two good quality computer-generated predictive reports for your year past year and also your year ahead in Western Astrology: yours and mine. These are generated using Soar Fire software

8. In what order do we study the planets for their predictive effects?

I find it is good to tailor the order of study to the individual student. And so, what happens is that I make a decision to prioritise prominent or important Predictive Phenomena that are happing in your or my life now.

So, for example, if you are in Sade Sate now, we would study Saturn predictive astrology first. If you were having your Chiron Return now, we would study the predictive astrology of Chiron the wounded Healer first. If you were experiencing a Uranus to Moon transit now, we would start with Uranus, as the first predictive planet to study. I always aim to make my teaching as individual, authentic and caring as I can.

9. Rectification of your Time of Birth:

The best way to rectify your time of birth is to try out the implications of different selected times of birth, to assess which time of birth most accurately predicts the timing event in your life, at the actual date that that event actually occurred.
We encompass this rectification of time of birth testing, where appropriate, as we work through the assignments of this Prediction Course, using different predictive phenomena such as Transits, Progressions and Dashas (Predictive Periods). We try out different times of birth in relation to a predictive phenomenon/method, to see which time of birth gives the most accurate prediction in terms of what actually happened at an earlier time in our life.
We can later fine-tune a Rectified time of birth through study of how different times of birth affect the declaration of our Varga Charts: the divisional charts of Vedic Astrology.

10. Your First Assignment:

We now select for first predictive phenomenon study: Transits.

And we also now select the transit of the first particular chosen planet.

And as stated above, we are now selecting one transit by this planet that has already happened in relation to your natal chart.
An we are also select a second transit by that planet which is yet to happen.

So, you now send me a prediction for both the past and the present transit of the selected planet, shown below, in your life.

And when you have heard back from me on this piece of work, you will then study a past and future transit by the same planet, but in relation to my birth chart.

To support you in this work, I send you our natal charts, also our charts for the moments of the two transits being studied for each of us,
PLUS two documents each with accompanying videos:
Presentation for the first planet of study: Video and Doc. Including Meditation journey to meet that planet in his Pure/Divine self, and also as experienced by us in our chart/our life through the filters of sign, house and aspect.
Karmic Presentation for the first planet of study: Video and Doc: My Lords of Karma Series, complete with presentations of many healing techniques.

And may I wish great Blessing upon all my students for our wonderful inspirational, healing and empowering work,

And I look forward to hearing from you,
Michael

WHY IS IT SO GOOD TO HAVE A PREDICTION?

It is such helpful perception and understanding of your life ahead to have good understanding of the energies that will be entering your consciousness and your life in the year ahead.

Let’s look at some practical examples:

Your Chiron Return: the time when Chiron returns to his natal position and thus transits conjunct your natal Chiron is big. Chirosis!

So, what sort of Astrology features are my Predictions based on?

A. Your Western Astrology Transits

We study: The Chart for ‘Now’ compared to your natal chart, and from that: Your Transits List for the year ahead.

A Transit is where a planet in the heavens today forms an aspect to a planet in your natal chart, or when a planet passes through a House in your natal chart, or a sign, bringing a new energy is brought into your life.

We look at your graphed transits to get an exact idea of the timing of the bursts of the very different energies.

B. Your Western Astrology Progressions

We create the Progressed Chart and compare this to your Natal Chart.
What’s a Progressed Chart? Well, a day in a life tells us something about a year in a life.
So, for example, where the planets are when you are aged nine, tells us something about what will happen in your 9th year.
This is because of the mathematical relationship between the Earth’s rotational period (= a day) and its orbital period (= a year).
This is a very robust and reliable predictive indicator.
The Progressed Moon takes about two-and-a-half years to go through a sign or house.
The Progressed Moon is very good for predicting how our basic emotional drives will show up in the year ahead.

C. Your Western Psychodynamic Astrology: Predictive Age Points

In my Astrology Readings and Courses, I teach two wonderful Predictive Age Points within psychodynamic Western Astrology, using Megastar software.
First, there is an Individuation Age Point which circumnavigates the chart in 72 years, starting from the ascendant and moving counter-clockwise.
This is an indicator of the energies we will pass through in our journey to potential individuation, in our egoic psychological unfoldment, learning about all the parts of our egoic psychological identity, and learning how to manage them and fulfill their highest potential.
The Individuation Age Point moves counter-clockwise from the Ascendant passing through the houses and signs as it progresses. It also forms aspects to the planets in your natal chart as it progresses, thus activating experiences in your life relating to your personal scripts for the energies of that planet.

And there is also a ‘Nodal Age Point’ which charts the call from your soul to you from the astral.
The Nodal Age Point charts your soul’s call through dreams, subliminality, synchronicities, intuitions, impulses and visions.
The nodal Age Point starts from the position of the North Node of the Moon at the moment you were born. It circumnavigates the rim of your chart clockwise taking 72 years to complete one circuit, thus passing at predictable dates, through your signs, houses and in aspect to your planets. Fascinatingly the Nodal Age Point so often declares a similar strand to what your Vedic Predictive astrology declares for the same time period

D. Get your Astrology prediction Reports:
If you order the ‘with reports option’, you are also sent a very good quality Western and Vedic Astrology Prediciton report. In fact you can combine Natal Chart Interpretation AND Preeiciton into the one worldwide Recorded Reading with me, and get reports for both.
And note that my Astrology is always combine with healing and empowerment possibilities. And we can also examine the karmic healing that is indicated.

2. ALSO GET YOUR VEDIC PREDICTIVE ASTROLOGY

A. What is Vedic Astrology?

Vedic Astrology is the Astrology heritage of India. It is vast. It takes more than one life time to study Vedic Astrology.

What’s the difference from Western Astrology? Well, Vedic Astrology is geared to a statement of your destiny and your incarnational life purpose, whereas Western astrology is geared to your psychological self, our psychological unfoldment.

The Sidereal Zodiac: Vedic Astrology uses a different 12-sign zodiac from western astrology so your planets will often be described as being in different signs. This is because the sidereal zodiac of Vedic astrology is fixed: it is anchored to a fixed star as a statement of the Eternal, whereas the tropical zodiac of western astrology is moving: it moves a degree every 72 years and its start point is that point in the heavens that the Sun occupies on the first day of Spring, and because it is solar it is ‘ego astrology’ The scope of Vedic Astrology is immensely vaster than egoic western astrology. At the present the two zodiacs are 24 degrees apart.

The Lunar Zodiac: Additionally, please do note that Vedic astrology also employs an even more ancient zodiac: the immeasurably powerful and totally beautiful lunar zodiac of 27 signs. These depict our realities in a magical and dream time way that is pre-solar, pre-logical and pre-linear, and is hugely accurate, powerful and meaningful.
These lunar signs are called ‘Nakshatras’. The positions of the lunar signs were more easily visible to ancient astrologers because they are quite simply the position of the Moon in the heavens on each of the 27 days the Moon takes to orbit the Earth.
Because the lunar signs are so ancient, they are powerful and magical and pre-rational.
Each of them has a power animal that can be used for many purposes of understanding – including the identification of the best marriage partner for you.

Love Astrology: The Lunar Sign or Nakshatra that your Moon falls in in your Vedic natal chart is the basis for the ancient and powerfully accurate Vedic Astrology of love and relationships. You can order from me a special report on your Love and Relationships Astrology. Each Nakshatra has a power animal. The power animal of the same species but the opposite gender to your own is your ideal sexual partner, however, taking the wider issues of relationship, overall compatibility is often best with another Lunar Sign.

The Vedic Astrology of Love and Relationships gives an exceptionally clear and decisive analysis of a relationship. This is given in a way that is not available from western astrology. It travels the infinite thread between intimacy and vastness. Vedic Love Astrology states simply and powerfully the key issues about relationship, for example it measures the all-important quality of respect, what level of sexual attraction, whether there is friendliness, whether there is the necessary shared sense of purpose, and so forth. It is an invaluable backbone to relationships understanding. You can’t actually understand relationships without it.

B. What do we Cover in my worldwide Vedic Astrology Prediction Readings?

1. I present and analyze your Vedic Birth Chart:

We look at strength of planets, what they indicate (Karakas). We analyse the ways in which the planets in your chart treat each other. Does your Sun burn your Venus? For example.

And we also examine your Divisional or Varga Charts, each of which makes a very special declaration about a particular area of your life.

2. Your Vedic Predictive Periods: The Dasas:

Vedic Astrology uses uniquely wonderful predictive life periods called Dasas. The Dasas unfold in set pattern from the moment of our birth. They have sub-periods and sub-sub-periods within the Dasas, often called Bhuktis or Antars.

The Dasas are a powerful form of prediction, but their timing is very sensitive to accurate time of birth. Each Dasa is ruled by a planet.

3. The Vedic Transits through the Signs and Houses of your Vedic Birth chart

We see how your birth chart is activated by the position of the planets transiting in the heavens now and in your year ahead. What energies will they be bringing into your life?

4. Your Varshaphal Chart for the Year Ahead (solar return chart)

The Varshaphal Chart is the chart for the exact moment each year the Sun returns to the exact point it occupied at the moment of your birth. (it is on the date of your birth normally, your birthday). It is thus a solar return chart. It makes a powerful statement for what will happen in your year ahead. This will be decoded in the recorded interview.

The Dark Goddess and How to Work with Her

Michael Conneely

Why not enroll for this superb Mini Reading to help better enable your life:
www.starwheelastrology.com/dark-goddess-mini-reading

It is good to work with the Dark Goddess at any time. There is so much of our wider or obscured truth that we can learn from Her, and if we do we heal and empower.

But at the end of October 2017, Saturn crosses the uncertain Scorpio-Sagittarius Gandanta Zone and he enters Mula Nakshatra, which is the 19th Vedic Lunar Sign or Nakshatra.

And Mula Nakshatra is ruled over by Niritti.

And Niritti is the Dark Goddess: the Goddess of Death and Destruction.

Saturn and the Dark Goddess meet! They are such different gods, yet each of us has to work with, understand and benefit from this unlikely pairing from the endo of October 2017 until March 2018.

Enroll now for my ‘Working with the Dark Goddess’ Mini-Reading and we identify how you can work with Her. See: www.starwheelastrology.com/mini-readings

Here is a Video about how to work with the Dark Goddess:

So, Saturn is the stern Lord of Karma. Saturn is Lord of Karma, enforcer of discipline, hard work, patience and structure.

But The Dark Goddess if the shape-shifter and weaver who brings us what we least expect, but for our own good, and she calls us to be strong and look her in the eye.

Niritti is the dancing graveyard Goddess, whose gaze none of us can shirk from meeting with courage and truth.

Niritti is the dark apparently capricious bringer of Chaos, bringer of Death: bringer of death of what must now die in our life.

And so, Niritti is the sudden precipitous bringer of the new space we actually need now to allow in the needed totally new in our life.

Niritti dances all over our Saturn tram-lines. She shimmers shrieking into our consciousness showing us undreamt of whole new areas of rebirth and exploration, and she devastates now what must die in our life. In an instant, She offers us the chance to be strong! Her corybantic dance is the dance of death – and rebirth in our life.

Are you strong enough to gain her respect? Be prepared to work hard and be diligent, yet ALSO absolutely be open to the whispers and chinks and tsunamis of new inspiration, death of some of the old in your life, and change!

So, who and what is the Dark Goddess?

She likes Chaos. Her allegiance is responsible to something beyond Saturn’s Order. Above all, She wants us strong. And she wants us open. She actually loves us. But she will not accept our weaknesses or our evasions. And she rips up comfort zones completely!

Please understand: She is not at all ‘adharmic’. She actually calls us to greater Dharma. And she does this by tearing up the formulaic and controlled spiritual definitions. She doesn’t care much for mantra which can turn people into robots thinking that they are spiritual. She doesn’t care for the formulaic graded spiritual paths. She laughs at the constructed hierarchies and sects and in-groups. She rips these apart to let in the Light!

Can you benefit from this astrological perception now? Can you do the needed healing or empowerment work now?

For more about how these two: Saturn and Niritti, can possibly get on in your life, enroll now for my ‘Working with the Dark Goddess’ Mini-Reading

Do this as Saturn meets Niritti now!

We have to be open and strong, and hardworking and diligent, and be prepared to meet whatever comes and change direction, in which case, She will give us victory, and we will be strong.

What do you get? Well, it’s wonderful: I send you charts. I examine your natal and current predictive astrology. Together we analyse what the Dark Goddess can bring you now – and how you can heal, empower – and work with Her.

Powerful Astrology Prediction Readings in Western and Vedic Astrology

Michael Conneely

This is a Post about Michael Conneely’s powerful Astrology Prediction Readings.

When you enroll for an astrology Prediction (&/or Natal) reading, I send you your charts beforehand so that you can refer to them during the reading, and you can also opt for wonderful detailed reports as well.

A special bonus is that my Astrology is never formulaic, but it generates good and caring grounded perception and is also totally geared to your healing and empowerment.

I work closely with my partner Maggie Pashley who offers many worldwide Healings: www.maggiepashley.com

You can find even more detail at this link: www.starwheelastrology.com/buyanastrologyreading

My Astrology Prediction Readings are of exceptional expert quality partly because I draw on both western psychodynamic astrology and Vedic astrology. So, what’s the difference?

Modern western psychodynamic astrology, when expertly interpreted, accurately depicts our psychological make-up, the sub-personalities within us and issues of individuation and wholeness. It encompasses our sub-personalities and psychosynthesis and also understanding of nature versus nurture’ agendas in our lives. Modern Western Astrology also includes a dimension of Evolutionary Astrology: a statement of how past life scripts influence this life, and this is evaluated in terms of the psychological results of past live scripts.

Vedic astrology which is far more ancient powerful and accurately identifies the journey of the soul. It identifies the journey we were born to undertake. It describes the physical and psycho-mental circumstances we will attract into our lives as fates for us to work with. Vedic astrology asserts that these fates are chosen with reference to past karmas that have accrued in previous lives. Some of these karmas are fixed (drida): there is little we can do about them: we need to experience them =for a life-time in order to make the growth we need to undertake; other of our karmas are not fixed (adrida) – these we can learn to modify or eliminate or ‘burn’.

/**/

Zodiacs:
Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac (start point 0 deg tropical Aries: where the Sun is on the first day of Spring); Vedic Astrology uses the sidereal zodiac (start point 0 deg sidereal Aries which is anchored to a fixed star). As the western tropical zodiac moves a degree every 72 years against the backdrop of the stars, the two zodiacs are currently 24 degrees apart).

CHARTS:

Transits:

So, first, your Western astrology birth chart is shown in the charts I send you in advance is generated using the Astrocalc computer program. This is a wonderful astrology software, and shows you your natal planets, including the Outer Planets: Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and also Chiron the Wounded Healer: depictor of your personal, individual Existential Wound.

Next, because this is a predictive Astrology Report, I go on to show you where the planets are in the heavens now and in your Year Ahead. So first I show you: The Chart for Now

Then, next: I show you a bi-wheel chart: the Chart for Now (outer) compared to your natal chart (inner):

So this way you clearly see what your Transits are now – and in the year ahead. And then I show you your Transits List

A Transit is where a planet in the heavens today forms an aspect to a planet in your natal chart, or passes through a House in your natal chart, or a sign. Thus, a new energy is brought into your life. Look at your graphed transits to get an idea of the timing of the bursts of the very different energies.

Progressed Chart compared to Natal Chart

Next, we look at your Progressions: A day in a life tells us something about a year in a life. This is because of the fixed mathematical ratio between the Earth’s rotational period of a day and the earth’s orbital period of a year. So, where the planets are when you are aged nine, tells us something about what will happen in your 9th year, for example. This is because of the mathematical relationship between the Earth’s rotational period (= a day) and its orbital period (= a year). This is a robust and reliable predictive indicator. The Progressed Moon takes about two-and-a-half years to go through a sign or house. The Progressed Moon is very good for predicting how our basic emotional drives will show up in the year ahead.

Your Western Predictive Astrology Chart by the Swiss Huber School

Next, we look at what the Huber Predictive systems predict for you.

The fist Huber Age Point is a psychological depiction. It circumnavigates the chart in 72 years, starting from the ascendant and moving counter-clockwise. It is an indicator of the energies we will pass through in our journey to potential individuation, in our egoic psychological unfoldment. The AP moves counter-clockwise from the Ascendant passing through the houses and signs as it progresses. The AP does not only pass through the signs and houses in your natal chart, it also forms aspects to the planets in your natal chart as it progresses.

Secondly, there is also a wonderful ‘Nodal Age Point’ which charts the call from your soul on the astral: its call to you through dreams, subliminality, synchronicity, intuitions, impulses and visions.

Next: Some pointers to your Vedic Prediction

Here’s a very brief summary of what we interpret in relation to your Vedic predictive Astrology:

1. Dashas – Your Vedic Predictive Periods

Vedic Astrology uses predictive life periods called Dasas. The Dasas unfold in set pattern from the moment of our birth. They have sub-periods within the Dasas often called Bhuktis or Antars. Vedic Predictive Periods particularly activate the energy of the planet that rules them. Thus, we especially get to experience how that planet manifest in our Vedic Birth Chart., we learn about that. We heal it. We empower ourself. They are a powerful form of prediction.

2. The Vedic Transits through the Signs and Houses of your Vedic Birth chart

I show your birth chart and below it the position of the planets in the heavens now. From this you can see that in the predictive year ahead:

This will be decoded in the recorded interview. The single special indicator for the year ahead is called the Muntha (shown as MU). It is decoded by its position in both the Varshaphal chart and your rashi (natal) chart.

So, to conclude, I stress that my Astrology Readings are always expert and through.

They always combine Western Astrology and Vedic Astrology.

You get your charts beforehand, and reports too if you opt for those.

The reading is recorded, and you have every opportunity for discussions/questions afterwards.

I look forward to hearing from you and to working with you

Michael

This is a Post about my Astrology Birth Chart Readings.

CHARTS:

Your Western Astrology Charts:

So, the first Western astrology birth chart to be shown in the charts document that I send you in advance, is generated using the Astrocalc computer program. This is a wonderful astrology software, and shows you your natal planets, including the Outer Planets: Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and also Chiron the Wounded Healer: depictor of your personal, individual Existential Wound.

The second chart Western astrology birth chart that I send you is from Megastar and is the chart drawn up according to the methods of the Swiss Huber School of Astrology, it is psychodynamic and psychosynthesis in basis, the Hubers having been trained by Assagioli, and also influenced by Alice Bailey:

Your Chart Aspect Shapes

One of the special features of Megastar is that it shows you the chart aspect shapes in your chart. These are best seen, normally, in the Swiss Huber School-style birth chart.
Chart aspect shapes are a powerful guide to our deepest psychological motivations. They identify what parts of our personality work easily together, and which parts are so different that it is hard to reconcile one with the other. In other words, they chart and define our egoic psychology.

In particular, chart aspect shapes analysis is excellent for identifying which parts of us are split off: what parts act as ‘Unaspected sub-personalities. The need is to know even the split-off parts of ourselves, so that we will not be driven by unconscious denied parts, so that we will not swing wildly from one persona to another, bewildering ourselves and those around us.
This processes of unifying our Self is called ‘individuation’ the principle method used in achieving individuation is called ‘psychosynthesis’.

Having an Unaspected sub-personality means that sometimes you may come over over-powerfully with that energy to other people, and yet have no real idea of how powerfully you are coming across with those characteristics; you might feel you are being too weak – or vice versa.
But it also means that that energy-principle is unconnected to the rest of you. It is an Unaspected sub-personality. You will find it difficult to assess. It could be the tail that wags the dog. It could take over your life. At other times you will be unable to access and connect to its energy at all.
We need to recognize and understand our Unaspected sub-personalities. This can be done through the method of role-play psychosynthesis. It is linked to the principle of ‘Individuation’ in the psychology of Asaglione

Nature versus Nurture

Another so very well worthwhile feature demonstrated by your Megastar chart that I send you is the issue of ‘Nature versus Nurture’ in your life.
Planets in signs are our inherited nature. Planets in houses are our nurture or upbringing. This is the ‘nature versus nurture’ debate. The Question is: Who are we: our nature or our nurture?

The Huber School ‘Dynamic Counting’ Table shows the Swiss Huber School analysis of your ‘nature versus nurture’ issues.

Your Personal Rays:

Another wonderful feature I send you from Megastar is a statement of which of the seven Rays you espcially incarnated to work with. Thhe 7 Rays system originated from Alexandrian Egypt, and was used in the modern West around 1900 by Alice Bailey.

Your Vedic Astrology Charts:

Turning to your Vedic Astrology Charts that I presnet for you in the reports and during the Reading: I not only give you a clear statement of yoru destiny, your incarnational life purpose and so much more from your Vedic Astrolgoy birth Chart, I also show where your planets are placed in the wonderful Nakshatras.

The Nakshatras are The Lunar Zodiac of Vedic Astrology. Note that in addition to its so powerful and accurate Sidereal Zodiac, Vedic astrology also employs an even more ancient zodiac: the immeasurably powerful and beautiful lunar zodiac of 27 signs – The 27 Nakshatras. The Nakshatras depict our emotional realities in a magical and dream time way that is pre-solar, pre-logical and pre-linear, and is hugely accurate, powerful and meaningful. It is graphically realistic and thus depicts our emotional self and consciousness in a way that is very ‘warts and all’, though it is nevertheless orientated to the possibility of growth: to growth of our consciousness and awareness; to growth of our handling of our emotional selves. The positions of the lunar signs were more easily visible to very ancient astrologers because they are quite simply the position of the Moon in the heavens on each of the 27 days the Moon takes to orbit the Earth. Because the lunar signs are so ancient, they are powerful and magical and pre-rational, and each of them has a power animal that can be used for many purposes of understanding, including the identification of the best marriage partner for you. Each of them has a ruling deity. For fine-tuning, each is divided into four ‘Padas’ or ‘portions’. This system is immensely sophisticated in the techniques it uses such as Navtara, Nara chakra (health statement) and Nadi Nakshatras. Its vast and sure systems of sign rulerships and qualities throw immense meaning onto our lives. Nakshatras are much more the lunar side of the mind: emotional and impressionistic. They show the subjective reaction to the concrete things that are going on, and how we can grow our consciousness out of our emotional inheritance.
Once you have seen what Nakshatras analysis offers, you’ll see that you can’t do without it.

Very Important Note – Love Astrology: The Lunar Sign or Nakshatra that your Moon falls in in your Vedic natal chart is the basis for the ancient and powerfully accurate Vedic Astrology of love and relationships.

Here are some of the Vedic Astrology charts I present you with as we prepare for your Reading: You can hear a bit more about some of these in the Video accompanying this Blog Post.

Your Vedic Birth Chart (Rashi Chart):
Your Planet Positions in Signs:
Your Planet Positions Using the 12-sign Vedic (Sidereal) Zodiac:
Your Planet Positions Using the 27-sign Vedic Lunar Zodiac (The Nakshatras):
Your Navamsha Chart (9th Harmonic Chart): Soul and Marriage Issues:
The Strength and Dignity of your Planets:

Avasthas – The Standing of each of your Planets, and how they treat each other:
The meaning of these so very valuable charts will be explained to you in the Reading:

Your Planets as Karakas or indicators for aspects of your destiny:
In Vedic Astrology, each planet acts as an indicator for an area of yoru life. So, for example, if the planet for children issues is in good standing, then chidlren issues will go well in your life. However, please ntoe that each planet also indiactes a psecial area of yur life using Moveable Indicators as well. These are the ‘Charakarakas’, and the Charakaraka system as regards your life is as follows: Just to cite one example in this Blog Post, there is your crucial AymaKaraka:
AK = the Atmakaraka the indicator of the soul and the self (also called Atma) and also our health. Our most important planet. It represents an unfinished task of prime importance left over from our past life. Predictive periods ruled by or involving your Atmakaraka can be especially trenchant and turbulent as our soul seeks to put our life on ‘spiritual course’.
The Atmakaraka is the ‘soul indicator’ it represents a central life task carried over from a previous life.
Predictive periods ruled by or involving your Atmakaraka can be especially trenchant and turbulent as our soul seeks to put our life on ‘spiritual course’.

YOUR SUN

The Sun tells you about your Father and also about your egoic self, your business self. A good symbol for understanding the role of the Sun in your Vedic Chart is the charioteer. The charioteer holds in his hands the reins of the horses that pull forward the chariot of self. The horses are the other planets in your chart. If the charioteer is weak, the horses will pull in different directions and maybe even overturn the chariot!

YOUR MOON

The Moon is the principal planet in the Vedic birth chart. As such, the Moon sign in which your Moon falls is the basis of the ancient and surely declarative Vedic astrology of love and marriage. Please see the separate love report for the Vedic lunar sign in which your moon falls in your Vedic birth chart.

The Phase of the Moon at the moment you were Born

Vedic Astrology has an incredibly powerful astrology regarding the phase the Moon was at the moment you were born. This Moon Phase is called Tithi. If your Tithi is weak, it will undermine your birth chart decisively. If your Tithi is strong it will assist your birth chart decisively.

YOUR ASCENDANT (LAGNA) NAKSHATRA

Your Ascendant (also called Rising Sign or First House) is the key house in your Vedic Birth Chart or Rashi Chart. The planet that rules the 1st House becomes a key factor to analyze. The Rashi Chart or Vedic Birth Chart is the powerfully accurate depictor of your body and your life path (your Deha). The body is not of course just physical. The body holds impressions of this-life and previous life events, incarnational life path. The body is also a microcosm of the macrocosm. And the macrocosm is about the divine unfoldment: God experiencing himself. Individual destiny can be overruled by mass destiny. And the crucial big issue is: to what extent can destiny be changed, co-created with, changed by healing and empowerment.

Varga Charts:

Note that I also refer in your recorded reading to your Varga charts or Divisional Charts, and each Varga chart gives powerful land accurate specialized indication about a particular aspect of our life.

Your Incarnational Life Meaning in Vedic Astrology

A major contribution of Vedic Astrology is its statement of your incarnational life meaning: why you are here.

This is stated in terms of the position of the Nodes of the Moon in your Vedic natal chart. The Nodes of the Moon are the intersection points in space of the orbit of the Moon around the Earth with the apparent orbit of the Sun around the Earth. There are thus two Nodes: The North Node and the South Node.

The North Node is called Rahu; the South Node is called Ketu. The Nodes are actually demons, because they are the eclipse points and they even have the power to devour the luminaries: The Sun and the Moon, but – because Vedic astrology is Tantric – everything is inherently connective to the Divine: even adverse circumstances, even what could be called ‘bad’, but only if we perceive these difficult states in the right way.

Anciently, the Nodes were depicted as a dragon. The Dragon’s Head is the North Node called Rahu; the Dragon’s Tail is the South Node called Ketu. What is the spiritual gift of these demons?

Rahu, The North Node

Rahu is where we in terms of life circumstances will put our obsessive, instinctual driven energy of ambition. Rahu is the call of our Future. Our obsessional drive can be dark and destabilizing but the experience of it can impel us to see God, and that we are not cut off from God but actually one with God (and one with everyone else).

Ketu, The South Node

Ketu is where in terms of life circumstances we will find that everything will dissolve. Ketu is our past lives and our past life karmas and skills. This experience can terrify, but Ketu dissolves that which needs to die in terms of our need to be reborn and go forward to meet our spiritual destiny in this incarnation. Ketu is sometimes depicted as the ‘occupying army’, i.e. those life areas we have already ‘conquered’ in earlier lives, whereas Rahu is depicted as the advancing army, i.e. those territories we need to advance into in this life.

In Vedic Astrology, the Nodes of the Moon are interpreted in terms of the following factors:

The Houses that the Nodes fall in in your natal chart. The Signs the Nodes fall in, and study of planets aspecting the Nodes.

Rashi Tulya

Just a very special feature: Rashi Tulya reveals the message/energies/learning that your soul is sending you in this life-time. I show you your Rashi or birth chart, and to the right of it: your Navamsa Soul/marriage chart. We note the number of signs moved from Rashi to Navamsa, then use a special interpretation table below to establish the message your soul is sending you in this life for each planet. This is such an amazingly valuable thing to hear.

So, to conclude, I stress that my Astrology Readings are expert and through. They always combine Western Astrology and Vedic Astrology. You get your charts beforehand, and reports too if you opt for those. The reading is recorded, and you have every opportunity for discussions/questions afterwards.
I look forward to hearing from you and to working with you,

Michael

Saturn transits through Mula Nakshatra 2017 – 2018

Michael Conneely

Saturn transits through Mula Nakshatra Through 2017 – Early 2018

From October 2017 to March 2018 Saturn transits through Mula Nakshatra (Mula Lunar Sign) at the start of Vedic Sagittarius. As you see in the Pt 1 video, this means we simultaneously have to honour the stern Lord Of Karma and duty as well as the Dark Goddess of Destruction and Inspiration: Niritti. And in the Pt. 2 video we also look at the huge and important effects for us as individuals that the change of sign of transiting Saturn means for people in creating Sade Sate, Ashtama Shani, Kal Sarpa Yoga and Gandanta: what do these terms mean? Their effects in our lives are huge and need to be clearly seen and understood. What Healing and Empowerment work may we need to do?

Saturn Meets the Dark Goddess (Saturn transits through Mula Nakshatra) from 26th October 2017. Saturn and the Dark Goddess are such different gods, yet each of us has to work with, understand and benefit from this unlikely pairing until Mars 2018.

Saturn is the stern Lord of Karma. The Dark Goddess if the shape-shifter and weaver who brings us what we least expect, but for our own good, and she calls us to be strong and look her in the eye.

On 26th October 2017, Saturn leaves the Vedic sign of Scorpio, crosses the uncertain Scorpio-Sagittarius Gandanta Zone, and enters the Vedic Sign of Sagittarius – at the same time entering Mula Nakshatra, the 19th Vedic Lunar Sign, which is at the start of Vedic Scorpio, and which is ruled by Niritti, the Goddess of Death and Destruction.

The Nakshatras are the wonderful powerful 27-sign Lunar Zodiac. They declare our emotional reality and consciousness and our capacity for growth. And Nakshatra 19, Mula nakshatra, ruled by Niritti, is the abode of the dancing graveyard Goddess, whose gaze none of us can shirk from meeting with courage and truth.

So, this means that Until 2nd March 2018, while Saturn transits through Mula Nakshatra, Saturn meets the Dark Goddess. And how opposite they are! They are Great Opposites:

Saturn is Lord of Karma, enforcer of discipline, hard work, patience and structure. He calls us to work on our Karmas and also to achieve the special spark and tasks we incarnated to achieve this time. Over time, he offers us the chance to purify!

Goddess Niritti is the dark apparently capricious apparently even destructive bringer of Chaos, bringer of Death: bringer of death of what must now die in our life. And sudden precipitous bringer of the new space we actually need now to allow in the needed totally new in our life.

If not, can you benefit from this astrological perception now? Can you do needed healing or empowerment work now?

For more about how these two: Saturn and Niritti, can possibly get on in your life, see this two-part video and then read on below:

Here is Part 1:

Here is Part 2:

But be prepared to honour both. Be prepared to work hard and be diligent, yet ALSO absolutely be open to the whispers and chinks and tsunamis of new inspiration, death of some of the old in your life, and change!

I would say that the three Gandanta Zones of Vedic Astrology extend for at least two degrees either side of the transition from Water Signs to Fire Signs. As Saturn has been departing Vedic sign of Scorpio, which he finally leaves on 26th October, he has been extracting his ‘last drops’ of his divine message from each of us.

We have had to feel the final pain of his message that he was bringing us as he transited Vedic Scorpio since 3rd November 2017.

Now he will be transiting Vedic Sagittarius until 24th January 2020, and he will now be calling on us to work on a fresh facet of our Karmic Task: offering us Golden Reaping if we can succeed, but we do experience suffering if we are off-course in our life for Saturn’s demands.

Things that had been on hold, even from last year, will suddenly be brought to closure. Be prepared for change as Saturn transits through Mula Nakshatra

So, what are these three Gandanta Zones? Quite simply a Gandanta zone is where water sign dissolves away into a sort of void – the other side of which is the first flicker of a fire sign. And the Gandanta Zone itself realises that the World is not as supportive, real and substantial as most people think. They are born into the insubstantial. They lack confidence. They fear failure. This is a spiritual challenge to them: to heal and empower and strengthen any planet in a Gandanta Zone.

If Sun is there, father was not there for them – but you can do something about his and eventually succeed. If Moon is there, this means that Mother was not there for them, and probably this can’t be healed, so the supreme achievement is to learn to live with that. If you have planets in the Vedic Scorpio-Sagittarius Gandanta, Saturn is transiting conjunct them now, and work hard to heal and strengthen them now!

So, basically, in summary, note that in the months around either side of 26th October, Saturn is transiting through the Scorpio Gandanta Zone, and he is offering hard learning and strengthening to planets that some people will have there.

And note also that Rahu, the North Node of the Moon transited from Leo to Cancer at the time of the 21st August 2017 great eclipse: and so, Rahu is aspecting Saturn from one Gandanta to another and this has created Fear.

And also note that Uranus is transiting Retrograde through the Aries Gandanta, and Uranus nearly reaches Pisces in January 2018, when he turns Direct. So, planets in the Pisces-Aries Gandanta Zone are also being affected now. It’s a time for learning in what way this world is not real, and for possibility of great inspiration, and bringing in revolution. Jupiter is transiting opposition Uranus now: be open to great change.

A very difficult feature is that the Kal Sarpa Yoga has re-arisen. Kal Sarpa Yoga is when all the Vedic planets are to one side of the nodal axis and are hemmed in by it. This formation creates divisiveness and treachery. The Moon is within the Kal Sarpa for half of every month, and then the Moon is outside the planets grouping the other half of the month. This creates potential instability of mind, with the Moon unsupported half of every month. There’s big spiritual challenge in Kal Sarpa Yoga. It was in the heavens for a long time in 2016 at the time Donald Trump rose to power; by ‘coincidence’ it is in his birth chart. It ran into January 2017 before it ended. And from the eclipse of 21st August 2016 it has now re-asserted itself!

So who and what is the Dark Goddess?

SAMHAIN OR HALLOWEEN: And by weird and important coincidence, this time that Saturn transits to meet the Dark Goddess Niritti, it’s the time of Samhain or Halloween.

And I am writing this blog in the West of Ireland where lie Ireland’s most ancient sacred monuments, and by coincidence, it’s near here that the Irish War Goddess the Morrigan, mates every year at Samhain with The Dagda who is the Good God, and whose symbol is his cauldron of plenty. And, thus, She confers Sovereignty and Victory to that which is good and strong. And this is the same message as Saturn meets Niritti now!

We have to be open and strong, and hardworking and diligent, and be prepared to meet whatever comes and change direction, in which case, She will give us victory, and we will be strong.

Weak Sun in your Birth Chart and in October, November 2017

Michael Conneely

Weak Sun in your Birth Chart and in October & November 2017

This Blog from Michael Conneely is all about what it means to have a weak Sun in their Birth Chart – and what do you do about it?

The Sun is the King of our Kingdom; he is the Divine Charioteer that drives the Chariot of Self.

Yet some people’s destiny is to work with a Weak Sun: so how do they heal this? How do they Empower?

And more than these Weak Sun individuals, this Blog also actually speaks to ALL of us –

This is because the whole world will experience something of the energy-state that is a Weak Sun for the month starting October 17th, 2017, when the Sun enters the Vedic sign of Libra in the heavens and transits there for a month.

And this weakness to what the Sun stands for is because the Vedic Sign of Libra, using the divinely-accurate Sidereal Zodiac of Vedic Astrology, is the sign where the Sun is most deeply Fallen or Debilitated, where the Sun’s qualities are most weakened – even trashed.

NOTE: Even if the Sun’s Debilitation is ‘cancelled’ in your Vedic birth chart (e.g. because your Libran Sun is also in your 1st House), NOTE NEVER THE LESS, that you may well be also capable of being Me-First, BUT you will also MOST CERTAINLY have the weak Sun scripts. So, don’t try to overcompensate for your weak Sun root traits, because they will catch up with you

What does a Weak Sun mean in our life? Here are Examples:

1. Lack of confidence.

2. The person whose been taught they should be the glove that fits the Other’s hand.

3. Inability to speak your truth, so even seeming deceptive.

4. The Sun is the King of our Kingdom, he has to be able to fare forth and do the needed tasks. Weak Sun can’t do this.

5. Co-dependency scripts can set in.

6. The Sun is the Divine Charioteer who drives the Chariot of our Self. In his hands are the reins that go to the horse that pull the chariot. The Horses are the other planets. The Sun has to be strong enough to direct them, and strong enough to chart the needed course in life.

7. Weaker Vitality. Weaker health.

8. Can’t cope.

9. Beaten.

– There’ll be these symptoms big time if your Sun is weak in your birth chart – in other words if you have Sun in Vedic Libra, or Sun in 7th or 12th house, or in a Gandanta Zone, or where your Sun is harmed by a malefic effect from another planet.

– AND ALSO everyone will feel something of this in the month starting 17th October 2017, while the Sun is working his way through the sign of Vedic Libra.

Also do Note : for Vedic Librans, at this time, there could be sudden expenses and losses due to planets in 12th House from Libra (Vedic Virgo)

So: What should I do during the weak Sun month starting 17th October 2017?

Hear this perception.
Act on it.
Listen to your body.
Listen to your Feelings.
Eat well.
Don’t push too hard.
Physical Activity.

What else can I do?

Well, there are various options:

Deity Work: Note that I teach deity work worldwide. Men can gain so much from studying and working with such Gods as Cernunnos or The Dagda. Women can gain so much by working with Brigit. See my Druid Forest School Curses: www.druidforestschool.com.
